At Party’s Here Events, safety is our top priority. While our Nerf battles are all about high-energy fun, we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for every player. That’s why we provide safety goggles for all participants, use soft foam darts, and carefully sanitize all gear before each party. To help keep everyone protected and informed, we require a signed waiver for all players before the fun begins. It’s a simple step that helps us deliver worry-free excitement while giving parents peace of mind!
Playing Field Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the party host to secure and provide a safe, open space for the Nerf battle to take place. This can be a backyard, park, gymnasium, or other suitable location with enough room for players to run, hide, and enjoy the game safely. We recommend a space approximately the size of a standard basketball court (about 50' x 94') for the best experience, though we can adapt to slightly smaller or larger areas as needed.
If you need assistance securing an event space, Party’s Here Events LLC is happy to help coordinate—but please note that a convenience fee will apply for this service. We also encourage checking with your local parks, community centers, or private venues in advance for availability and any required permits.
Waiver and Liability
For the safety of all participants, Party’s Here Events LLC requires a signed liability waiver for every player prior to participating in any activities. All minors under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Safety glasses must be worn at all times during gameplay—no exceptions. While we take every reasonable precaution to create a safe and enjoyable environment, participation in Nerf activities is at each individual’s own risk. Party’s Here Events LLC is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event.
