Booking & Payment Policy
A $150 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date. This deposit is fully refundable if canceled at least 3 days before your scheduled event. Please note, all credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
What if it rains on the day of my event?
Safety is our top priority, and unfortunately, Nerf battles can't take place in the rain due to slippery surfaces and increased risk of injury. For outdoor events, we’ll keep a close eye on the forecast in the days leading up to your party and stay in touch with you. If the weather isn’t safe for gameplay, we’ll work with you to reschedule your event for a future date.
